Ayer por la noche y gracias a Peter y Thorsen del staff de Diageo en Ibiza, asistimos a la presentación del mejor bartender de España 2012, el italiano Giusseppe Santamaría. Diageo nos regalará cada martes con la presencia de una personalidad del mundo de la coctelería en el entorno espectacular del Ushuaïa Tower Beach Hotel.
El evento tuvo lugar en “Minami”, el restaurante oriental fusionado con la tradición mediterránea, ubicado en el mismo corazón del Ushuaïa. Dentro, Giusseppe nos cautivó con su frescura y elegancia para preparar su célebre cóctel Bloomsbury Fizz. Al probarlo quedamos impresionados con el sabor de la albahaca combinada con el Tanqueray Ten y el zumo de la lima limón, todo al más puro estilo de la noche ibicenca.

Yesterday afternoon and thanks to Thorsen Peter and Diageo staff in Ibiza that invited us, we had the opportunity to attend to the presentation of the best bartender in Spain 2012, the Italian Giuseppe Santamaria. Diageo will give us every Tuesday with the presence of a personality from the world of cocktails in the spectacular setting of the Ushuaïa Tower Beach Hotel.
The event took place at «Minami» oriental style restaurant, located in the heart of Ushuaïa. Inside, Giuseppe captivates us with his skills and elegance to prepare his famous Bloomsbury Fizz cocktail. When testing, we were impressed with the flavor of basil combined with Tanqueray Ten and the fresh juice of the lemon lime, all in a true Ibiza night style.
